The Personal Care Aide Certification Course
WHAT DOES A PCA DO?
A successful Personal Care Aide who has completed our training is typically prepared to care for Seniors and disabled persons in their homes.
Our course covers the skills and knowledge required to deliver personal care services such as grooming, bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
WHAT WILL I GAIN FROM THIS COURSE?
Gain skills in effective communication, infection control, basic medical procedures, and ethical considerations in caregiving. After completion, you will be fully prepared and certified to work as a PCA.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ENROLL?
Professional caregivers also must High School Diploma or G.E.D.
ID. and Social Security Card,
Have a caring personality and like helping others. The ability to lift at least 25 lbs and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
